Her Impact Hub’s Menstrual Health Program
HerFlow Initiative is our menstrual health program designed to equip adolescent girls with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to manage their periods with dignity. We provide reusable sanitary kits, conduct menstrual health education sessions, and engage communities to challenge harmful myths and taboos surrounding menstruation.
So far, we’ve reached hundreds of girls in schools across Murang’a, Kiambu, Nyeri, Nairobi, and Laikipia counties providing them not just with sanitary products, but with the confidence to stay in school and advocate for their health. Each school visit includes educational workshops, open Q\&A sessions, and the distribution of our specially curated HerFlow Kits. As we continue to receive overwhelming demand from schools and communities, we’re working toward expanding HerFlow to even more underserved counties ensuring that no girl is left behind because of her period.
