Her Voice in Power Initiative is Her Impact Hub’s signature program dedicated to nurturing the next generation of women leaders, policy influencers, and community changemakers. We believe that meaningful development and social justice cannot happen without women in leadership — from the grassroots to the national stage.

What Her Voice in Power Offers

• Leadership & Public Speaking Training:
  Empowering women with the skills to lead confidently in public spaces, boards, and political platforms.
• Policy & Governance Bootcamps:
  Building women's capacity to understand, engage with, and influence governance systems and public policy.
• Mentorship Circles:
  Pairing emerging leaders with experienced women in politics, public service, and activism for guided growth.
• Civic Engagement & Voter Education:
  Promoting women’s participation in democratic processes and decision-making at all levels.

Our Impact So Far

HerVoice in Power has engaged over 200 young women from Nairobi, Kiambu, and Laikipia counties in interactive governance workshops, with many going on to take active roles in youth advisory councils, school boards, and community-based organizations. The initiative is now expanding to Nyeri and Murang’a, where interest in women’s leadership is growing rapidly.
